Cancellation Policy

We want to make cancelling your subscription as simple and straightforward as possible.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your sera account
  2. Navigate to your account settings
  3. Click on "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm your cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked and no cancellation fees.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Immediate Confirmation

    You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation.

  • Continued Access

    You'll retain premium access until the end of your current billing period.

  • No Future Charges

    Your subscription will not auto-renew and you won't be charged again.

  • Free Tier Access

    After your premium period ends, you'll automatically move to the free tier with unlimited messages (some premium features will be locked).

Refund Policy

No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access for the remainder of your paid period.

Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 48 hours and we'll review your case.

Reactivating Your Subscription

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your premium subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your account
  • Visit the Pricing page
  • Select your preferred plan
  • Your conversation history and preferences will be preserved

Deleting Your Account

Note: Cancelling your subscription is different from deleting your account.

If you want to permanently delete your sera account and all associated data, please contact our support team. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
